Basically ..... my partner and I are buying new construction properties at below market values with the banks money. As long as we maintain a credit score of 700 or above we should be guaranteed a loan. In addition to the property being under market value, we also need to be able to get cash back at closing. With this cash we then reinvest in the foreign exchange (exchanging currency and collecting interest at higher rates and essentially receiving a steady cash flow every month). Generally the increase is enough to pay off the mortgage and increase the principal investment.
